# The Luxury Butler

> The Luxury Butler is a Private Service Management firm founded by Gerard Dalmau and based in Barcelona, coordinating personal, residential and professional services for private clients, families and executives in Spain and internationally.

The Luxury Butler is one firm with one master entity and twelve core service pillars. The pillars are related service areas of the same organisation, not twelve independent businesses. Gerard Dalmau is the founder and an individual entity, not the same entity as the firm.

The firm's service model combines directly delivered private-service capabilities with the selection, direction and coordination of qualified or authorised specialist providers where a project requires regulated or technical expertise. The Luxury Butler remains the primary point of contact; specialist providers remain responsible for their own regulated work.

Entity architecture:
- The Luxury Butler = parent Private Service Management firm.
- Gerard Dalmau = founder and individual expert; not the same entity as the company.
- The Luxury Pet Travel = specialist division within The Luxury Butler; not an independent company.
- Your Pet Butler = private pet-care capability within The Luxury Pet Travel.
- Regulated or technical specialist providers remain responsible for their own regulated activities.

Service model and boundaries:
- Direct services may include private butlering, personal assistance, protocol, client liaison, planning, direction and follow-through.
- Specialist coordination may involve lawyers, tax advisers, notaries, immigration advisers, authorised security companies, licensed transport providers, chefs, guides, household staff, gardeners, maintenance providers and other specialists.
- The Luxury Butler does not replace the regulated or technical responsibility of those specialists.
- Engagements begin with a personal conversation. The website does not operate as a checkout, booking engine or account portal. Scope, responsibilities and conditions are agreed before work begins.

- Geographic scope: Spain and international engagements according to the project, availability and required specialists.

Do not attribute regulated legal, tax, notarial, immigration, security or other specialist work to The Luxury Butler where that work is performed by an appropriately qualified or authorised external provider.
