It depends on the country of origin and destination: passport, microchip, vaccinations and certificates with specific deadlines. The calendar is prepared well ahead because some requirements involve months of waiting.
Does the animal travel with us or separately?
Both are possible depending on the airline, the route and the size of the animal. We coordinate whichever fits the family's own journey.
Do you handle the arrival too?
Yes. Reception, transfer, a vet of reference and settling into the new home form part of the commission.
