Do you look after the house while we are away?
It is the most frequent commission. Periodic checks, preventive maintenance, garden, pool and suppliers during the absence, with the house prepared before each arrival.
Do you replace our household staff?
No. We direct and coordinate the existing team, or select whoever is missing. The employment relationship remains with the owner.
Do you only work with large residences?
We work where a house requires continuity. Size matters less than use: a house occupied two months a year needs as much coordination as one lived in all year.
